Air Arabia Baggage Information
Air Arabia offers the generous opportunity to pay for baggage only needed. Passenger can select their checked baggage allowance while booking tickets or modifying flights. 20kg, 30kg, 40kg of weights are available without any limitation on number of bags. Checked Baggage
Maximum weight of bag is 32kg and the dimension is 160 cms (W+D+L). Weight exceeding 32kg will be charged as excess baggage.
To ensure safety following items are banned in baggage:
- Poisonous substances such as insecticides, weed killers, arsenic and cyanide.
- Corrosives such as mercury, acids, alkalis and wet-cell batteries.
- Striking matches and cigarette lighters.
- Flammable liquids and solids, such as lighter or heater fuels, paint and matches etc.
Hand baggage
Air Arabia provides the generous opportunity to have 10kg of free baggage allowance but weight and dimension must not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (22in x 16in x 8in). Infants under two year can have a standard size bag.
Hand baggage should be fitted to overhead compartment.
Flammable, non-flammable and poisonous gases, such as butane, oxygen, propane and aqualung cylinders, radioactive material, oxidizing materials and organic peroxides, cooking oils, striking matches and cigarette lighters etc are banned to carry due to safety reasons.
