Air Canada rouge is Certified as a 3-Star Leisure Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“As a leisure airline, the long-haul experience is quite full-service with complimentary amenities, and food and drink. For shorter routes, the airline has a decent buy-on-board selection. App-streaming IFE is available on all aircraft. Staff service can be very good, but this lacks consistency and this is a primary reason the airline is not meeting 4-Star standards.”
