“A low-cost airline and therefore very strict on baggage weight and size. Cabin seating is good for low-cost flights of 3-4 hours (32″ seat pitch). Pre-order and buy onboard foods are reasonable and not expensive. The cabin staff service is fair, but standards of cabin and washroom cleanliness can be poor. Streaming WiFi entertainment options are good for low-cost in this region. Airport service standards are a weakness.”
