“airblue have an all Economy Class format with an a la carte fare structure for baggage and restrictions. While the airline is an LCC, customers receive complimentary food and drink, but the quality is quite basic. Onboard cleanliness is weak and particularly poor for the washrooms. Staff are quite efficient but lack any service hospitality. Service standards at Karachi airport also represents an area where standards must be improved.”
