In the unlikely event that you find lower rates on Airways Office or on any other Bangladeshi-based website for the same itinerary within 24 hours of booking withAirways Office, we will either cancel your current itinerary and provide you a full refund, or refund you the entire difference in price.

You will need to provide documentation that all the elements of the lower offer, including departure and arrival dates and locations, airline, class, fare, cancellation policy, hotel room, hotel rate, car class, and any other material conditions are the same as the itinerary you booked with us and available for booking online. Once verified, we will process a full refund of the price difference or, at your option, cancel the itinerary and refund you the entire amount paid.

Please note, this guarantee does not apply to offers like Military, Student, Government, Tour Operator Fares, Bulk Rates, or airlines' "Web Only" fares.

Notifying Airways Office of a Best Price Guarantee Claim

To make a claim under the Best Price Guarantee, email us at sales@airwaysoffice.com with the competitor's offer, name of the competitor, and screenshots of flights available for booking from a reputable Bangladeshi website within 24 hours after your booking. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us.

The comparison must match the same carrier, class of service, refund policy, exact dates, times of travel, hotel room type, and other conditions as booked throughAirways Office.

Verification of Claims

All claims, including receipts, are subject to verification by Airways Office. We will not accept evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed. Claims found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith will not be honored.

Within 7-10 working days of verification, Airways Office will credit or refund the fare difference as per the terms of the Best Price Guarantee.

Changes to the Best Price Guarantee

Airways Office reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility.
