Emirates has launched “Your safety” program. Now travellers can fly with Emirates, they are taking care of passenger wellbeing while you fly with us. Emirates protects passengers at every step of your journey.

Before you fly:

Emirates offers Chauffeur-drive service at almost all current destinations. Every driver wears a mask and gloves while you take a ride. Emirates offers passengers masks and gloves if you don’t have your own & hand sanitizer available in the car.

Check-in

Emirates recommends wearing gloves but it’s not mandatory, When passengers arrive at terminal 3 in Dubai airport, wearing a mask is mandatory. Emirates will provide hygiene kits including gloves, a face mask, antibacterial wipes and a hand sanitiser, it is totally complimentary. Emirates check-in desk setup with an antimicrobial screen and help passengers to keep social distance added with stickers on the floor.

Emirates Lounge

Emirates business lounge located Concourse B at Dubai International airport is now open for First class, Business class & Skyward qualified passengers. Every staff member wears PPE at the lounge & passengers need to wear a mask except eating and drinking. Lounge entrance and exit way is different. Passengers have to maintain a queue by adding a footstep sticker. Lounge closes their buffets & self-service, using contactless QR screen food menu.

Boarding

During boarding and onboard passenger have to wear a mask all time. Emirates boarding gate maintains social distance on the floor sign. All Emirates staff wear PPE in Boarding gate.

On your Flight

Emirates take top priority to maintain strict hygienic wear your mask at all times throughout the flight, except when eating or drinking. Depending on the regulations in your countries.

Connect in Dubai

Passenger crosses through a thermal scanner before you enter the transit areas. All transfer desks have been set with protective antimicrobial screens and all the airport teams wear PPE.
