ANA All Nippon Airways continues previous year successes by winning the award for the Best Airport Services, with Japan Airlines in 2nd place and Asiana Airlines in third place.
The Award evaluates customer satisfaction with an airline’s staff service at its hub airport, including ticketing, check-in, lounges, boarding, transfer and arrivals processes.
