South Sudan, formally the Republic of South Sudan, is a landlocked state in northeastern Africa that acquired its freedom from Sudan in 2011. Its capital is Juba, and it is its largest city.

There is no South Sudanese Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh. One has to apply to nearest Embassy which in India.

Visa Requirements for South Sudan:

  1. Two visa application form must be submitted.
  2. A valid passport for six months.
  3. Approval of the sponsor with whom the applicant wants to work.
  4. Confirmed return ticket.
  5. A letter from the chamber of commerce must be submitted if it is a business visa.
  6. Only single entry visa.

Temporary Residence in Sudan for Works Requires:

  1. A valid work permit
  2. A letter of recommendation from the Employer or workplace
  3. Two passport-size photographs
  4. Visa Fees

Temporary Residence Permit for Study:

  1. Acceptance letter from an educational institute.
  2. Two passport-size photographs
  3. Visa Fees

Vaccination certification is a must.

Processing Time: Total approximate time is 14 working days (7 working days at Embassy 7 working days for Passport transit).
